Our old washer is in the inside wall in the basement aligned with the water lines for the main bathroom upstairs, and the dryer is directly across and on the outside wall, for the short hose to the wall. Reno had us adding a washer dryer front load set in our former kitchen, dryer on top ,where 1/2
