Saying “good dog” does not activate a remote control. Every time you reward compliance without checking what your animal is actually saying, you risk training away their agency, their pauses, sidesteps, and “not yet.” Those aren’t interruptions. They’re communicating.

"I didn't know she had a say." A client said that after her first animal communication session. She came in wanting to "fix" her cat's behavior. She left realizing her cat had been trying to tell her something for months. She just hadn't known it.

Your animal family members, how do they show their agency? For example, my horse Shiloh was blind on one side. When I would go to the pasture to bring him in, he always wanted to stay out with his girlfriends, he turned his blind side towards me & trotted away. "Can't see you, you don't exist!"
