So when they lose, they can blame it on the voting machines. Got it.

Also, even if that guy was biased, the evidence is the evidence. Seemed like a lame argument. Did they ever dispute the evidence collected?

Kennedy probably wants to find a way to work bestiality into the hearing.

A pretty lucious collection of “chicken of the woods” fungi off the Boy Scout Trail in the northern CA redwoods. So tempted to fry them up at the campsite but decided to leave them be.

I recommend watching the hearing. I never laughed so loud. Basically there was a category of people automatically rejected that they now allow. Victims of beastiality being one. I, too, was confused. Patel explained that victims of human trafficking are often, well, forced to, you know.

The door is opened for them to revisit in Trump's favor it looks like.

Why do people that rich feel comfortable taking that much money from someone else. Weird.

Is SCOTUS allowed to consider that? I’m guessing no.

I now have the answer I was hoping for in your latest newsletter. That now the Trump admin will be forced at last to defend its moves regarding mail voting. I had wondered why that didn't already have to happen.

Is the USPS denying that this new system will be able to return thousands of ballots for one name mismatch? Or any other whistleblower claims?

I'm curious, has the administration been asked for forced to supply sound justification for making these changes? Why aren't they required to provide some proof that elections aren't secure in order to pass muster?

So to clarify, they only have permission to continue creating their plan but not implement it? How can the post office require something about the envelope when they are likely already printed in all the states that vote by mail?

My understanding is that SCOTUS did not rule on allowing any changes to go forward, only for the admin to finishing drafting their rules. What I want to know is, will they again take up the legitimacy of, say, letting the postal service get involved in what is and is not a legit ballot?

"The Nerd Reich" is all about this. I haven't read it but heard an interview with the author. Very alarming. What the tech bros only mused about years ago has already come to fruition in part.

Pattern of what? The only pattern seems to be the feds looking and finding nothing. I’d love a price tag for all this. Essentially what they found seems to be the rate of fraud we already know about, which is estimated at .00003%.

Why do they do this to themselves? Do they think a failed conviction still looks better than no arrest in the first place?

That’s great. Vets I’ve been to won’t do it unless they see the cat first. Good luck!

That said, if the cat hangs in a specific area, the diffuser might help.

There’s also some wipes that have a calming affect. Or Feelaway diffuser but they’re not potent enough.

Gabapentin is the sedative some cats get before a vet visit. But it’s a chicken and egg thing. They won’t give it without seeing the cat. Best you can do is try getting the cat in a carrier. Then get the pills for future visits. I feel you. One of mine can’t be picked up.

Great episode (in a manner of speaking.) I can't find a transcript of Sotomayor's dissent. Is it available somewhere? I also can't find Alito's summary. Only the full 70-page ruling.

I see MAGA types claiming this falls under SCOTUS ruling limiting nationwide injunctions. Isn't a nationwide injunction a specific type of ruling and this case does not fall under that?
