Hi. I feel like asking what others are doing where they live. I work a rotating 4 on 4 off so on my weekends off I do exciting stuff with my wife. Tonight, dinner & jazz. Mashing spuds are one of my favourite side dishes. Just pound them with butter, garlic, rosemary and cream. Whisk a little parsley and grated pecorino or parmesan until unrecognisable.
