so NHS england are doing a survey about the staff survey trans questions bc of FWS & the sullivan review..........

The Staff Engagement and Insight and Voice team have been working together to understand the implications of the For Women Scotland judgment (FWS) and the release of the Independent review of data, statistics and research on sex and gender (the Sullivan Review) on the sex and gender questions asked in NHS England patient and staff experience surveys.

To be compliant with the Supreme Court Judgement, we must change our questions, so the Insight & Voice team are undertaking engagement and testing work to develop new questions covering sex, gender reassignment and gender identity.

A key element of the new question design process is understanding the needs of data users and stakeholders covering usage now and in the future, any context specific needs or any differences in user needs between different policy or subject areas.

We will not name individuals in the reporting but may refer to your role or area of work. The answers to these questions will be collated and will feed into the engagement stage of the design of the questions covering sex, gender reassignment and gender identity.

i love this new section of my wall so much!

various wall decorations. from top to bottom: four lino cuts, one on denim. one is a dragonfly-esque creature, the one on denim is a flower, one is a deer from the bayeux tapestry and the big one is a trans man having a bath. below there's art of a bird, and below that there's blck text on yellow background that says "SMELLY TITS / BIN BAG" next to that there's a thank you print that has bears catching salmon. next to that there's an old web style print saying "HOT TRANSSEXUAL VAMPIRES IN YOUR AREA". below this is a postcard of a duck with the caption "I LOVE BREAD ME". next is a detailed postcard of a kitchen w/ a sleepy kitty.

bristol uni webpage - for students to see timetables etc. it's a poorly made 'port' of the uni app. i can't really describe it, it's just so visually ugly and badly designed. there's so much redundance

very yum meal i made!! there's a taiwanese place in bristol called "chicken shop" that makes the best fried chicken & tofu but it's expensive so i bought some plum dusting & learnt how to make it myself! paired with ginger & garlic pak choi, soy & rice vinegar pickled cucumbers & brown rice

fried tofu - the 'batter' (dry) is made of plum dusting, cornflour, bicarb, msg, coriander, cumin & garlic salt. v yum

the full meal - on my handpainted (by me!) orange half-life plate. includes everything mentioned in the post
