Someone asked me why game workers haven't unionized if our conditions are so bad. These charts are why. We have collectively lost the knowledge, skill, and willingness to organize and strike. We have to rebuild those, and that takes time.

Game Workers Started Organizing in 2017 where previously there were relatively few strikes for decades prior.
