My bestie is having a tough time, so I've put a little care package together for her. The brownies are still cooking, but this is what I picked out for her.

A variety of items for a care package: a blue stuffed animal, a card, two face masks (one llama, one unicorn), some stickers, a child's craft item, and some putty.

Being diagnosed with #PMDD has changed my life & how I manage both my thoughts & behaviors. 2 weeks a month, I battle my inner demons, but with meds & therapy, it is getting easier. Sept is #SuicideAwarenessMonth & PMDD awareness IS suicide awareness.

I just finished enjoying "The Magician's Daughter" by H. G. Parry. It had its ups and downs, but overall I enjoyed it. Now it's time for "Book of Night" by Holly Black. I love reading 📚
