We've got a 247 today but look at that second last end. It could have been so much more! I estimate that if that end had been at my average we would have had a 252 or 253 which would have been a new PB. Oh well. We'll get it soon, this was very good considering I was uppity through the last half.

Another reason I want us to allow Euro NCAP cars. I think the hatch is built in Europe which is why we won't get it here. HMG doesn't seem to want to send anything from the Euro factories to North America.

I'm just mildly irritated that my archery stuff takes up most of the trunk while the small remainder is a crate a various supplies (adapters, tire inflator, washer fluid, cleaning stuff). It's not a major problem but it gets annoying whenever I have to actually transport stuff.

Also, speaking as an IONIQ 6 owner, the trunk is not very large. Like footprint is big but it's not very deep and the trunk slope eats up space too.

The local queer rugby club is doing an intro to rugby session later this month. Thinking about doing since my back is doing better these days and also I need more local queer friends. Can always try it just to see if I like it! A little no tackle rugby on the side could help my archery game out.

I was lazy today, by necessity apparently, got to the range and my back was not happy so I only shot 30 arrows. I wasn't in a great deal of pain but any noticeable pain on a day where I'm not competing and I'm going to stop and save my back. Tomorrow I'll get out on the bike for some activity.

Throughout the warmer months I see people doing their sports and activities and thinking "Wow, they are doing such cool things, I wish I was doing cool things." Now indoor archery season is starting so I'm in the club leagues and entering tournaments. Now I'm doing the cool things!

A 240 today, not terrible considering a year ago this would have been a PB but today it was more of a good score with a few shaky ends. I need to remind myself my levels are increasing overtime. Growth isn't linear but the trend will remain upwards.

I just watched the SNW season finale and I'm just sitting here like ????? I swear this season they have had a few episodes that had interesting plot to start but then they realized they were running out of run time so they kinda rush through the rest of it with some weird finisher plot.

Went to the range in hopes of setting a league score for this week. Basically had an hour and a half crashout session instead. At least I got my new Beiter plunger tuned close to where the old one was but holy hannah my mental game today was abysmal. I *know* I am capable but brain says no.

Okay, while driving an Audi for most of a week was great, getting back into my car (especially since they just fixed the AC, hopefully permanently) is like getting home and getting your favourite pyjamas back on. It feels so light, responsive and eager.

Took about 12 hours to get home including stops yesterday but after hour 10 I was really feeling it. I wanted my adaptive cruise control and steering assist back so badly. Not that I rely on those but you can kinda relax a little with those instead of being in a constant state of hyperfocus.

So I drove about 650 km today, probably closer to 700 in actuality. I'm a little wiped? And to think I have previously driven about 1300 km in a day in a manual transmission car that lacked cruise control. ALONE. Younger me was built different.
