I couldn’t resist sharing another of my favourites from a brilliant #ringflash shoot with handsome Nano @lestatfv.bsky.social Outrageous poses topped with a permanently cheeky grin. Just point and shoot, right?! #desaturated #QueerArt #PortraitCommissions #QueerPortraits

Desaturated full length portrait photographed with a ring-flash which emits a very smooth stark direct light on the model, and casts a beautiful “halo” shadow around the model on the white wall behind him.
He is tall with striking red hair and short beard, has long slim limbs, and is naked with a gently furry body.
He stands side on to the camera with his body towards the right, and looks over his shoulder directly at the camera with a big cheeky grin. His right arm is bent at the elbow with his right hand holding his buttock. His left arm is stretched out in front of him, with his left hand index finger pointing downwards at a 45 degree angle towards his very large erection which in turn is pointing upwards at a 45 degree angle.

Such a fun inventive #ringflash shoot with my friend Gennaro Boccia @gennaroboccia90 who laughed and laughed and threw hilarious cheeky poses! #QueerArt #PortraitCommissions #QueerPortraits

Saturated body portrait from knees upwards, photographed with a ringflash which emits a very smooth stark direct light on the model, and casts a beautiful “halo” shadow around the model on the white wall behind him. He is chunky with hair, beard and a gently furry body with dramatic tattoo sleeve on his right arm. He also has tattoos on his right chest, and on his thighs, and Japanese script down his left flank. He stands at 45 degrees to the camera with his arms behind his head. His head is back, eyes are closed with a big toothy laugh, and he has a very large erection pointing horizontally to the right.

Great playful shoot with @Feline1010 (IG) on the hottest day of the year. He’d grab a quick cold shower to cool down and then return to my sweltering studio to hold tough dynamic poses in the glare of my huge #ringflash! This is my favourite of several wild poses!! #QueerArt

Another great shoot with @alejandro.modelephoto (IG) on a recent visit to London. This time the lighting was pared down to a large #ringflash on the camera. Alex always manages to deliver a blend of poses that are quietly reflective and wonderfully smiley! @alejandro.modelevivant (IG) #QueerArt

Wonderfully calm shoot with easygoing @petricamazare (IG) who was a big hit when he posed for my #psychedelicbodies series exactly 5 years ago today. This was a pared back shoot with just a ringflash on my camera lens. I couldn’t resist asking him to leave his very cool pink hat on!! #QueerArt

A pair of images of a naked thirty-something white man photographed with a ringflash attached to the camera lens, cropped just above the knee. He has a fit medium-hairy body and a large dark bushy beard. In both photographs he is wearing a dusty pink floppy hat and a pair of chunky framed glasses. He has his arms by his side, and is pressing his erect penis with the thumb of one hand to make it point downwards. In the left hand photo he is facing downwards looking at his penis, and the brim of his hat is hiding his eyes, almost like a disguise. In the right hand photo he is looking up at the camera and laughing, and his face is clearly visible.

The descriptive alt text for this second photo is covered by the text attached to the first photo in this post.

A very different photo of handsome @that.thong.guy (IG) - who I last shot in a blaze of iridescent colours. This time there was just a large #ringflash attached to my camera - so I could keep up with all of his brilliant playful poses! Such unstoppable energy + great sense of fun!! #QueerArt

Smooth muscular curvy man photographed in black and white using a powerful ring flash, standing against a white wall. The flash casts a halo shadow around his whole figure. His body is sideways on to camera left, revealing a large abstract tattoo on the side of his muscular buttock. His head is turned to the camera with a beaming smile on his face, which accentuates his beard and handlebar moustache. His arms are folded and he has a very hard erection curving to point almost vertically upwards.

Black and white ringflash portrait of furry beary middle aged man. He's standing in front of a white wall so there is s a soft halo shadow around him. He is erect and on the face of it he's fierce and pulling a V sign at the camera, but it's also obvious that he's play-acting!

Such a laugh with Paul Jackson (Adult Folio) channelling 007 realness! Looking amazing! Brilliant playful poses in a hail of technicolour! We discovered that we’d worked together 20 years ago when I was just rekindling my solo career. So much has happened since then! #QueerArt #psychedelicbodies

Middle aged man grinning, standing square on to camera, legs straddled wide, hands clasped together with fingers forward simulating a handgun. He has a large erection with a Prince Albert ring through his penis head. He is bathed in technicoloured lighting, outlined in blue coming from both sides, lime green uplighting, pine and red downlighting. The background is a mist of swirling colours, mostly mint green.

Naked man with cheeky expression photographed desaturated almost black and white. Standing front on, very slightly to his left, with his elbows stretched wide apart and hands behind his neck. He has a large erection pointing slightly downwards. He has some body hair on his stomach and chest, natural pubic hair. He has dramatic detailed tattoos covering most of his forearms. He wears a small golden St Christopher on a chain.

#Psychedelicbodies shoot with @that.thong.guy (IG) awash in rainbow colours, throwing hilarious poses! 3 hours passed in a blur of twirly moustaches, gorgeous goatees, flexing muscle, uproarious laughter The tech worked brilliantly - the colours here are as they appeared under studio lights.

A favourite #psychedelicbodies portrait - shot 5 years ago with beautiful friend Rafa. All colours on his body were created in the studio, with mild post production adjustments to the background. #PortraitCommissions #technicolour #saturated #QueerArt

Handsome young man smiling cheerfully and standing confidently, with a defined physique, one hand on lower hip, one arm relaxed at his side. He is bathed in different coloured lights ranging from pink through yellow, red, blue, and a hint of green. The background is an abstract swirl of similar colours. His hair is dark and pulled back, he has a full dark moustache and dark body hair. He also has a large erection standing out highlighted in the red and blue lighting.

Hilarious #rainbowcore shoot with wonderful Brian Hayes @obhaze.bsky.social totally owning his handsome Dad bod realness. In his own words: "I'm an Irish-Canadian IT wrangler currently camped out in London”. Even more fun coming up with Brian’s ring flash portrait! #psychedelicbodies #QueerArt

Handsome gay bear standing side on to the camera laughing at the viewer. He is naked and bathed in a swirl of technicolour studio light against a background of purples and blues. He is leaning back confidently with his hands braced against his buttocks, proudly showing off his furry “dad bod" tummy. His penis is erect and visibly stands out as the red lighting catches the shaft and head while the surrounding groin area is a darker pink and blue.

When you take a break during a shoot to switch over the lighting, and your model @herculesadventures.bsky.social casually performs phenomenal handstands in a sea of tech!! No fancy post-production here! #psychedelicbodies #technicolour #psychedelicportraits

Man in his thirties performing a neat handstand on a parquet floor near a white wall, with lots of different coloured lighting on his body. He wears bright pink trainers and has an erection.

Courageous open hearted @herculesadventures.bsky.social wonderfully relaxed and expressive in front of the camera! Love the way his jewellery catches the coloured lights. In the breaks he casually did some perfect handstands in the middle of the lighting gear without knocking over a single one!

Naked young man bathed in technicolour lighting standing square on to the camera with hands on hips. His penis is erect and he is smiling confidently. He has a large eagle / owl tattoo across his RHS shoulder. He is wearing a shiny statement medallion, bracelet and ring.
