Yesterday Lynda, one of the great legends of Manchester Academy died. Lynda retired last summer & her leaving speech had the whole staff laughing like it was a stand up special. Lynda was hugely loved as our cover manager - a tough balance. She looked after us all, a wonderful lady. Heartbreaking.

This term we launched our ‘Golden Tickets’ strategy and it has demonstrated the amazing talent in Manchester Academy. Our site team, ICT colleagues and our kitchen maestro, all working hard. Lots of refreshes, revamps and new developments across the Academy. The refurbishment of our hall is fantastic. New heat pump boilers nearly completed too. Hive of activity at Manchester Academy- top support staff squad!
