Turns out a lot of people resonated with that uncertain journey towards spring. So I wanted to share that preface with you as a way to open into this season. I turned it into a PDF called "Spring in the Belly."

It's the middle point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox, the moment when we move from the season of steady darkness to the season of growing light. Last year at this time I was feeling this season profoundly.
