If you’re a fan of Taylor’s stand-up, I can’t recommend this book enough. I breezed through it in a couple days. I expect if I went back and watched her specials having now read this, I’d have so much more context, and catch things I likely missed before.

I don’t have much skin in the NFL. I’ve only come to it over the past decade. I didn’t grow up with this, unlike I did with hockey. I just like watching the game, any game, so I don’t have a team. I just have some teams I like to watch win. Seahawks, Bills, Eagles. So good start to the season 😎

Those little potatoes, onion, red pepper, and your choice of sausage. Roast in oven. Easy peasy. Then, make sure you have some leftovers (minus sausage, unless you want them). Next day air-fry the leftovers, sizzle up some bacon, chop up some avacado, fry a few eggs. Second day breakfast scramble.
