I’m working on a new character for my video game. This will be the bird rider who, if you can find a bird, can fly to mountain tops and other hard to reach places. The hair won’t be stiff when this character is complete. Created in #Blender 5.1. #gamedev

I grew up in a place (northern Alberta) where snow often stuck around until mid-April and sometimes later. Groundhog Day always puzzled me. Plus I remember my mom saying if the groundhog saw its shadow we'd have six more weeks of winter, but if it didn't we'd only have a month and a half. haha

Last week I said goodbye to Grinfinn. I adopted him in 2017 when he was at least 6 or 7 years old. He loved road trips, lying on his back with his head upside down, tall grass and cheese. An introvert, he'd leave the room when company came over but glued himself to my side. Farewell, my friend.

A random, unrelated note to overshare for no reason at all. When I was ten I had a splenectomy due to stage 3 cancer. Since then, I have only been able to take #acetaminophen (I was able to say the word in one go!) and I do not have #autism. Also, as a #PSA, don't inject bleach if you get COVID.
