Don’t bail out those developers, move in on the assets after they go tits up. Like the free market is suppose to work. Bailing them out and rewarding them for their failed scheme is an extremely bad look. They were never building real estate, they were building a speculative market asset and failed.

BC guy like John Cooper in TB. He has a decent amount of NHL experience. People are a little shocked because his name wasn’t mentioned until he got hired. Mixed opinions out there, from Sid Sexiero losing his mind to people saying he has decent chance to turn the Leafs around. We’ll see.
