Turns out they installed a very expensive AI based plugin from a Large AI firm that was hallucinating so badly it thought every common user agent was a threat and blocking the site from sending data other than a blank page. This problem had been ongoing for months & no one could figure it out? SMH

"Our site is not working!" "Uh it's working fine in my bro...Wait a second it's only working in safari. Wait...it works in chrome with the inspect window open...but not closed....What..the." Okay it works here but not there? And sometimes works and ...wait...is it sniffing user agents?
