AA update. Now in birmingham Relay stops here pending Me I’d phone a customer and give updates, a human voice. Things like we can see you be in Birmingham in 6 hours, you will only have to wait 4 more hours After the 24 its already taken. Y’know stuff like that Proper comms

Update another driver here for relay. Breakdown was called in 0947 Friday, it is now 0729 Saturday. Driver says he can take me a wee bit, where the process of nonsense may repeat
