I don’t know if this counts but i recently started using numbered tokens instead of minis and it’s so much more practical and easier to track. Also got rid of the GM screen a little while ago and prefer that too. Thanks so much for your work it’s been invaluable.

I have been working away on the zine version of my games Sorts. A letter tile, spell casting rpg This game was formerly called SPELLZ! But someone made me aware of a game called Spell: The RPG which is very similar. I reached out to its creator @whimsymachine.bsky.social who was really encouraging

I recently ran a dungeon crawl actually using dungeon turns and damn are the grognards (I say this affectionately) onto something. I always worried it would slow things down and make it feel restrictive but damn was I wrong. It really helps pace and helps me run more dynamically. #dungeon #osr

The player characters and NPCs and map I drew for a new campaign, Stone’s Rest. A fantasy campaign that takes place in a post apocalypse, the players are all from a small walled village that no one has left in generations. Why did the world fall? Who were the before-folk? What’s really out there?

Room Runners is a FREE One-Page TTRPG where players take turns GMing the rooms of an everchanging dungeon. You need to get through as many rooms as there are players, to get the treasure, then get back through a different bunch of rooms. So everyone at the table runs 2 rooms… if you survive!

I’m not sure the brand. It came in a set with a weather die, an attitude die, and a where the hot lands die. My dad gave them to me. I haven’t really used the others much, but this die has been amazing. I’ve seen a bunch of yes, no die before and yes, no, maybe. But this one adds so much more.

This die has been the best tool I have added to my GM kit. I use it in any system I play. Anytime a player asks a question about something I didn’t plan. I usually have the player themselves roll it. It has created some wonderful moments. I really recomend adding it to your kit. #gmadvice #gmtools
