Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 09/11/2025My ranking of 2025 movies updated with Predator Badlands and Killer of Killers 040
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 09/11/2025I’m curious to see what we’ll come out of this. I doubt he’ll be able to do his own movie but maybe not the can get new Roger Rabbit books. 020
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 09/11/2025Hot damn this really over performed. I’m hoping the strong word of mouth can give it really good legs in its run. 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 09/11/2025Finished Predator: Badlands. This has become my favorite film in the franchise. It flips the format of a Predator movie on its head and takes it on an action sci-fi direction that maintains the brands edge. Dan Trachtenberg has made his most ambitious movie yet and it paid off. 9.5/10 030
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 09/11/2025I’ve watched all of six main Predator movies to get reads for Badlands. I’m what a ride. 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 06/11/2025The creative team being put together here is really encouraging. 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 06/11/2025Following this story makes for a really good incentive to rewatch Succession 030
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 05/11/2025Love all of them but this feels like a waste of time to be campaigning for these nominations. 040
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 05/11/2025Watched the original Predator for the first time to get ready for Badlands. Not bad. Not bad.media.tenor.coma predator with blue lights around his bodyALT: a predator with blue lights around his body 020
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 05/11/2025That’s shorter break than the Spider-Verse films and Disney and Pixar films. Not 100% sure it they can stick to that window but I’m excited nonetheless. 030
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 04/11/2025I think I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched this fan animation of Wish. We really could have had something special man youtu.be/YHKzNcT5fKo?...youtu.beAt All Costs (Demo) | Wish - Asha & Starboy (ft @orbitalmoonrat )YouTube video by PhrenSo 011
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 04/11/2025I’ve never seen a review from The Guardian without a single star. Impressive. 031

Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 04/11/2025No fucking way. Apparently Leonardo DiCaprio was originally gonna be Jack Frost in Rise of the Guardians. 030
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 03/11/2025Finished Rise of the Guardians. A severely underrated film. The world building is awesome, the action sequences are dynamic, and the voice cast is something truly special. It’s a lot of fun whilst also carrying a lot of emotional weight. 9/10 020
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 31/10/2025A definite step up from Kim Kardasian starring in the last season 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 31/10/2025Been enjoying It: Welcome to Derry so much that I’ve become more ok with Andy Muschietti directing another DC movie. 020
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 31/10/2025Apparently they’re aiming to release the Conjuring prequel movie on September 2027 110
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 31/10/2025I’m excited about this idea. I unabashedly love this franchise despite so much of it being middling. 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 31/10/2025With the return in investment that they did get it definitely made sense why they pulled out. It’s easy to blame Disney for a lot of things nowadays but I really do think this is on the fail of RTD & Bad Wolf for not putting there best foot forward and making it accessible to new audiences. 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 31/10/2025I hope the show can continue this momentum with the new episode dropping tomorrow for Halloween. This also bodes well for the three season plan with Welcome to Derry. 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 30/10/2025Since Chris Stuckmann no longer wants to review movies he thinks are bad I guess thumbnails like this are out of the table. 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 30/10/2025I REALLY disliked the idea of Jeremy Strong playing Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network sequel. It after some time and seeing his recent look for the movie I’m becoming more on board with the idea. 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 30/10/2025If you see this, quote with a robot that isn't from "Star Wars", "Star Trek", "Doctor Who", or "Transformers". 0113
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 30/10/2025I’m hoping this news can lead to some cohesion with Paramount’s Animation division 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 30/10/2025One of my most anticipated movies of next year. A lot of this movie aid apparently derived from Philippine mythology so I’m glad there’s at least a decent number of Filipino’s in the cast. 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Look, I’ll continue to still be interested in the show but I really feel like the show isn’t gonna improve unless Russell T Davies steps back. Which is not something I was expecting to say 4 years ago. 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 28/10/2025It’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that these two share the same writer 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 27/10/2025Finished watching Corpse Bride. Short but quite sweet. One of Tim Burton’s strongest ventures. Dazzling stop-motion and aesthetically it’s incredible with a really compelling story that hooks you more and more as it goes along. 9.5/10 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 27/10/2025Props to Clara Stack who’s doing a lot of the heavy lifting with the younger cast in It- Welcome To Derry. A long ways off from being young Kate Bishop in Hawkeye. 051
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 27/10/2025Glad HBO is being smart by dropping the second episode of It- Welcome To Derry on Halloween. We’ll basically be getting a whole new It movie. 000
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 27/10/2025Leroy Hanlon must be headed to some rough times in the It series if he’s suppose to end ip like he does in the movie. 010
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 27/10/2025I hope that all the turtles in It- Welcome To Derry aren’t just references and that Maturin actually shows up in the series. They’re already doing some silly stuff in the show so I say don’t be cowards and do it! 021
Jak @jak4.bsky.social · 27/10/2025I got a similar one experience of watching It- Welcome to Derry as I did watching The Boys and Invincible for the first time. But instead of superheroes it’s kids being terrorized. 000
