What's a good AI model (local or cloud service) for voice dubbing? I'm looking for a way to replace the voice in a video with one that says the same thing, with the same timing (not lip-syncing), in the same language as the original.

I don't like Opus 5. It's more verbose, pedantic and incompetent than previous models. Is there a way to go back to Opus 4.8 in Claude Code? I might switch to using Codex if not - it's less verbose and produces great code going straight to the point.
