I'm glad your situation wasn't more severe. Always be ready to brace your core and watch out for allergens so you don't sneeze - it suuuuucks (but not as bad as passing a gallstone through your pancreas) Having a handle/strap/grip near bed is great for leverage to get back and forth more easily.

Real trick is finding Big Torso Human with arms strong enough that you cannot escape their hugs... (nor want to.) I love Big Torso Frank's easy-going disposition about all this. This is likely very normal.

Only natural to shed in the summer. I've been walking 5 mi (upwards of 9 mi) on average daily since the end of May. Finally bought a basketball last night and shot some hoops for a while since the walking wasn't really pressuring me as much as it used to anymore. Down to 284.4 fed and hydrated. ^^

Look... Nobody is entitled to a debrief, but ghosting behavior is exhaustingly inconsiderate and practically paves the road for negative drama reads on the unknown for many people. Not everyone feels able to lean into good faith communicating over closure, but the practice may really be needed.

I've mostly just been calling it `Ambipedal/ity` because that sounds way better than facultative bipedality/quadrupedality. Duoped tho? It's short and clean looking at least - this something you've seen floating around somewhere or what's the origin point? First I've ever heard this term for this.

Feeling thankful for something we've lost is so close to feeling like we're mourning... it starts to blur together. I really need to slow down when I'm considering helping people and get a better read on them, especially those (I used to know) so I can anticipate how it might play out long term.

My weight training teacher/coach wouldn't let me on certain machines because he was terrified of the weight I was moving and he recognized I was socially humiliating the varsity team players in the class by existing. To get ahead of social problems, he switched me to another class with mostly women.

The stress from being fucked with can literally make it harder for them to lose weight. I never shed weight: but swam, logged, construction, hiked and played basketball for like 4-6 hours a day... and remained 290lb with terrifying legs of muscle under fat. Sumo-ready and hated. :P GJ, America.
