I think Nightcrawler would actually do very well on this scale. I don't think his tight 5 would be to everyone's taste, it would definitely end on a religious note, but his restaurant etiquette is certainly exquisite.

Those were made before they got really clever about the encryption stuff, so usually you can jailbreak them without violating the DMCA. It's why you don't see much info on jailbreaking a Switch, even though that process isn't much different. I'm not expert but that's my understanding

Short answer: The DMCA makes it a serious felony to distribute information on how to bypass or break encryption. Companies started throwing in encryption into every piece of tech, so now you can end up in prison for a decade if you upload a DIY for jailbreaking your TV. (This is a simplification)
