I was in the hospital again recently for my longest and most challenging stay thus far and I just gotta shout out to the pain doc who recommended and prescribed me the fentanyl patch for persistent chronic pain instead of the hydrocodone they had been giving me previously. It's a real game changer!

I'm back in the hospital in a semi-private with someone who appears to be a quadriplegic with severe breathing struggles. He has a volunteer weekend reader reading him a modernized tragic Greek romance novel this evening and I was really enjoying it too 💀❤️💃
