MediaPipe is a ton of fun Me and my son used it to control home automation with gestures to change light colors and the tv volume, is surprisingly easy to make good UX for these things

Background music helps me focus, but I always forget to start it. I made a tiny app that detects when nothing is playing for 5 minutes and asks if I want to start. My favorite part is that it triggers when I unlock the Mac so it's the first thing I see.

You only need ~$13 to have your AI assistant make fun of you - GeekMagic Display (local http api) - vercel/satori to generate the image - agent using curl to set the image

The things that stand out about TRMNL are not the ones I expected. Received mine today, preparing a first-impression video. What impressed me and what felt underwhelming are completely different from what I anticipated. Gonna be fun.

If you started to SSH into another machine, especially from a phone to use claude code, and using a mac You'll probably have seen this happen in every session, or GitHub and other apps requesting to login again To fix run `security unlock-keychain`

Theory: People self-pilled they are more productive with Claude Code over Codex cli because GPT is slow and they open X/LinkedIn while waiting doing less work overall * 👀may or may not be based of personal experience

A lot of people dream of owning a vineyard in the countryside when they get older. I'm not super into wine, but after working in tech, I could totally see myself running a cheese factory in a few years. I know nothing about it, but I'm all in to learn about it

Imagine working in 2026 for a CTO or tech lead that is against using AI Now imagine that this person have a lot of opinions but no direct experience to back them up. This is the reality for a lot of people Don’t get dragged down by the inability of other people to detach from their ego.
