Prior to its delisting in 2022, Pac-Man Geo received an update in the form of a World Tour mode. In World Tour, players got to traverse 24 premade mazes set in locations across the world map. This ending screen was the reward for clearing all of them.

Pac-Man Hats and Pac-Man Hats 2 are a pair of open betas that ran for limited periods of time in 2016 and 2017, respectively These were reworked takes on the Pac-Man app, but with level-by-level campaigns and hats serving as power-ups - laying the groundwork for the game's Story Mode update in 2021

In 1981, General Computer Corporation developed Crazy Otto, a ROM hack of Pac-Man. A photo of Crazy Otto was featured in Time magazine. Midway, Pac-Man’s American distributor, acquired Crazy Otto and repurposed it as Ms. Pac-Man. Namco president Masaya Nakamura contributed to Ms. Pac’s design.

On May 10, 1987, the Japanese TV show PC Sunday (パソコンサンデー) featured two robots at Namco’s headquarters. Uketsuke Komachi was the front-desk receptionist and Kyūji-kun, a smaller robot that served tea to visitors. Both robots were featured in the Namco Museum series and Marvel Land.

I think these words should apply to anyone who jumps on the cancel culture mob in the wake of these cases. It’s much more progressive to be kind to each other rather than angrily post about or dog on the accused. That gives them direct attention whether you intend to give it to them or not.

Bandai Namco's Shin Unozawa originally intended for Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures to be an animated movie. The decision to make it a TV series came from Shukuo Ishikawa, with Masaya Nakamura and producer Avi Arad in agreement of the idea.

Even when things are legitimately super bleak, I need to remember falling into doomerism helps no one. Personally I’d like for them both to be in a new Wario Land really. Wario especially sets himself apart from the more athletic playstyle of Mario. So much so that I feel he wouldn’t really fit in the typical design of a mainline Mario game be it 2D or 3D.
