iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Don't look at the reality that humans have struggled through, and decide that they're nothing but misfortune. Everyone's doing their best even if the world feels dark by burning as bright as stars, against adversities. I might be scared, but the stars still shine bright and are loved, aren't they?

Wearing red for self-reclamation, so I don't forget my task and remind myself to stop being a doormat for others nor have myself ripped apart by greed hands nor malicious people, without hurting others along the way as best as I can. Life's hard as it is. Just have to push against headwind again.

What is the proper way for me to be there for those in need, without harming myself further, then? I still have to find my own answer, but first I need to remember to reclaim the pieces of myself to keep myself intact. I'm sure the answer to that question will come to me along the way eventually.

That fear and pain compel me to do better out of love, but I need to remember more than ever to preserve myself too. I still have faith in humanity when I think of what they've accomplished against adversity across time, but I know that my two friends will be heartbroken if I break down completely.

I'm not as strong as my two friends. I'm honestly more terrified over time as I watch what happens around me and the world. It pains me. I try to help people because I want the world to be a safe and sane place, but there's only so much I can give or get pieces of me ripped from me by greedy hands.

"They extend their roots to compete for water, they unfold their leaves to compete for light, they reach out their hands and would even take life." Resource scarcity, physical or not, will always be something people fight for and hoard out of survival instinct. It scares me but doesn't discourage me

Yet in times where instability comes freeflowing in all directions and in abundance, and kindness is a limited resource that gets snatched and hoarded more than ever, what is the best way to be there for those around you without losing your own will? I still have yet to find an answer, but someday.

Even if I care about people, I can't be there for everyone. Obviously. I've dealt with it countless times and even find myself in that position of instability to know what it's like. Old friend added that setting boundaries is needed, and if that fails, then you're not the type of support they need.

Just thinking about all that right now. Aren't there also art streams on Twitch? If the artist themselves don't allow for AI training on their works and whatnot while they have or had stream their art WIPs, ain't that also gonna be a concern then? Lots of things with the situation feels off to me.

So the timing of the ToS changes and when it was put in effect that is another thing that concerns me because that really doesn't give enough time for anybody to do anything about it. There's a couple of other things that seem weird to me too but I ain't no lawyer. Just that some logic feels off.

'cause if ya think about it, most people buy/commission some kinda layout or custom emotes from another artist regardless of VTuber or fleshtuber or whatnot, right? So they got their own rules too for their works. If the artist says no AI training, well, that can apply to all sorts of streamers, no?

Even then, you could kinda honestly argue further that it ain't just VTuber models that have the no AI training clause, but even other art assets for a stream, whether it's the layout, emotes, or whatsoever too based on an artist's ToS. I don't think it just applies to VTubers, but to any art stuff.

I think the thing that fucks me up more is depending on when the ToS was updated and if there was even time given before the ToS has taken effect, because if ya email customers on the same day the ToS takes effect immediately, it's like "huh?"

Forgive me for being too weak to handle various societal changes that are normalized. I just want peace. These things happening around me is making me spiral into agony and tears. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m scared of almost everything around me. I can’t handle it anymore. Everything hurts.

I’m not strong enough to endure seeing this happen to anyone. It’s gotten to the point where I’m horrified of people. It hurts + feels like people see targeting someone to attack and isolate them as the solution to their problems. I can’t handle watching this be a social norm anymore. It’s too much.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think I have the strength to check social platforms much anymore. Logging on for even just for a moment out of the blue has often led me to see someone somewhere getting witch-hunted under proclamations of justice by another for any reason makes me extremely nauseous and cry.

Yes. There's also a work culture habit in some parts of Asia where people have mobile idle games on while working because of how they can be productive both in their job and in a cozy game in order to uplift their mood and power through the day. I did it too tbh. Kept me motivated and happy.

I felt compelled to express all this out of concern of what I see lately, also a reason why I don’t like using social platforms a lot. It pains me.

Critical thinking with rational and emotional intelligence intertwined to take a step back and properly think things through instead of repeating what others say in social spaces is more important than ever. So please, at the very least, learn what DARVO is and keep yourself safe.

I’m sorry for expressing all of this. I’m just worried since I see this happen more often. I don’t think every person intentionally wants to cause harm like that, and I hope that those affected by those tactics research about it to learn what to do and how to handle it so that they can recover.

Some people may genuinely be harmful, but is that truly how everyone is? With DARVO being more prevalent and widespread now, I find it important to learn about it better and recognize it to protect yourself and those around you. Being DARVO’d causes the person a lot of long-term mental distress…

It’s one thing to stand in solidarity with someone to help them, but it’s another when people are manipulated to do so to hurt someone and deny the target’s credibility just to be seen as righteous and victimized for the sake of getting what they want even if they’re the real perpetrator instead.

DARVO = deny, attack, reverse victim, and offender. People doing things such as targeted GDocs, public outcries in groups and other similiar acts maliciously just to push a narrative of how they want someone to be perceived by others to justify themselves as the victim and wronged instead, why?
