Had a day ✨Offline✨ Cooked up a Low FODMAP spread yesterday and the winner is this sweet potato casserole: rachelpaulsfood.com/grandmas-low... I recommend both toppings combined and not adding sugar to the potato base. There’s enough sugar to rot your teeth in the toppings 😂
