Relegation isn't a real punishment one year in the championship they would be back up and their fans celebrate the cheating. Ownership needs to be forced to sell, all books 2018-now need opened and reviewed for more breaches, for every year they cheated give them a 30 point penalty & transfer ban

Brighton are what Chelsea think they are. Not stressed about the scoreline, the first half Brighton’s xG was 0.38, the two goals were not shots that normally go in from that range. Header was good and they probably could have scored on that dummy, but this happens in a deep league on the road.
