Yes,that's why multiple testing is necessary. Intelligent ppl can keep doing the tests for a long time.There is a whole battery & usually,you can spot something in there. Also,time of day can matter. Family & patient reports help a lot too. Sometimes weight loss is a clue,they often forget to eat

I looked up. I couldn't tell but thought the person had breasts. My son felt terrible and embarrassed. So, what should we have done? Ask them how they want to be addressed? I was afraid it might be even more insulting, if they were female. We didn't know what to do and we didn't say anything.
