Marathon is a VERY special kind of game and if you've ever been on the fence about trying it out, now might be the time. Learn the mechanics and such as everybody starts fresh today, and look forward to PVE and tons of new stuff dropping in December and March.

Hi!! I'm posting a request on behalf of a friend that wants to remain anonymous right now. I'm looking to see if anyone has any resources or emergency places to stay in Minneapolis for someone who's close to being on the street. If you have any resources can you DM them to me to pass off?

I try to remain “professional” on here, but myself and countless animation workers have been done SO dirty by these scumbags. We’ll never get any justice for how we were tossed away after almost single-handedly keeping Hollywood afloat during Covid. I’m angry. I’ll always be angry.

People are rightfully sounding the alarm about the Ellisons, but let’s not forget that this guy has been chopping up multiple legacy networks and shows for parts and is handing the rubble to the Ellisons on a silver platter.

When Craig of the Creek and Jessica’s Little Big World got “Zaslav’d” we wept for hours. I’ll never forget being in that emotional zoom call with some of the greatest people in the biz. I will never forgive him for what he did.

He destroyed careers, he destroyed peoples’ livelihoods. I hope he sleeps well with his golden parachute knowing he’s had a major hand in turning the US animation industry into the desert it is today.

Lastly the history between Lotte Lenya (who the role of Jenny was written for) and composer Kurt Weill is super fascinating. Though many would only remember her turn as a sadistic James Bond villain.

Also this ‘89 movie is not good… but it is one of the best Macheaths — Raul Julia had originally performed the role on stage in ‘76. Once again, a time machine is requested.

YES!!! My favorite… I grew up on the Domnar Warehouse’s 90’s CD which had Tom Hollander as a very slutty Macheath. Wish I could travel back in time and see it!
