caused the pain. So I forgive you, truly and genuinely. Now I remember the time I had with her and how it felt to have Mom back, even though it wasn't really her. He does, at least in the sense of he knows you have good in your heart and he wants to help you learn how to let it shine through.

I do believe you're truly sorry. I've known Leeta for years, and I know she wouldn't have fallen for you if she hadn't seen good in you. Same thing with Dad; he wouldn't stay friends with you if he didn't think there was good in you. Me...I learned to forgive you a long time ago, but I can't forget.

Piece of advice that you can pass on to whoever runs the Dominion embassy here? Be careful. Plenty of people here still remember the war and aren't too fond of the Dominion despite everything Odo's done to reform it.
