If you want the eye tracking for use on an avatar don't expect the Frame's to look good. It will most likely only be gaze and potentially blinking. It should be possible to use Babble with it, but their eyewide/brow update isn't out yet and there is no release date on it afaik

They're simply not comparable headsets. If you want oled screens, a very high resolution headset, and expressive built in eye/face tracking the Frame is not a good option for you.

HorizonOS is actually so terrible. Yes please make my controllers unusable by forcing them to update the moment I pick them up after putting my headset on! This definitely makes me want to pick up a Quest over any other headset!

How is the latency on the finger tracking? It looked pretty rough in some of the videos they've shown of them. Do they trigger VRChat's annoying finger tracking system that can't be completely turned off? How breathable are the gloves? They look pretty thick.

I launched the SlimeVR server software before I launch WiVRn, and then when I start the streaming and open VRChat the trackers just show up

Be careful with some of the trackers advertised in VRChat worlds. Check SlimeVR's discord marketplace before buying anything and if a tracker isn't on there don't buy it.

The performance between the 2 is basically the same. The biggest thing to consider is if you want the trackers to connect to your computer with wifi (old slimes) or with a dongle (butterflies). The dongle is definitely a lot easier to get working well if your network setup isn't already good
