Had a great Xmas. I know I have not been posting much art lately, but I swear it is for a good reason. So a few more weeks, and I should be operating like usual again. Until then, I hope eveyone is happy and safe. Happy New Year!! #happynewyear #2024 #2025 #christmas #presents #lego #playstation

I had a really chill Thanksgiving weekend. My friends and family made the big meals. I got to hang out with all the pets, and enjoy the cold weather. It was nice. #thanksgiving #holiday #winter #pets #cats #dogs #leaves #food #fire #cold #lazy

A throw back thursday piece. I can't believe book five of the stormlight archive is coming out so soon. I was watching a story recap of the stormlight archives, and found this piece in the exact story spot I designed it for. I'm glad people still enjoy it.

Finished a piece I started back in July, I think. I have not painted on canvas for a while. The texture is something I slowly embaced, but it feels great to paint on. Better photos soon. Hope everyone has a spooky fun Halloween!! #pumpkin #halloween #witch #spooky #autumn #night #cute #oilpainting

Got a new well put in to replace a crusty century old well. It has been a learning curve, that has been eatting up most of my creative time. Now that it is almost complete, I can go back to being a focused artist again. #water #desert #life #century #new #fun #artist #relaxing #focus #creative

Now that another season of strada challenge is over. I can go back to my wholesome, very human content. I want to play the Riven remaster, but I need to update my pc before that can happen. So I created a "Myst" like piece, to scratch that itch. Also, I made my first clafoutis. It was amazing.

Day 22-strada challenge I really need to start thinking of plein air painting to me, as "urban documenting." I really do spend some time looking for something interesting to paint. Painting something that could be erased in a few years time is really worth the hunt.

Day 03 - strada challenge Good news, I did not run out of light, but I did run out of energy. I was skateboarding before this with @ab3_vm and it took its toll. This will be a fun piece to tighten up later. Needs some glazes. #stradaeasel #stradachallenge2024 #oilpainting #pleinair

Day 2- Strada challenge Damn...still 98 degrees. I ran out of light again trying to beat this heat. A nice block in so far. I guess I will have to either wake up early, and paint, or do nocturnes....yeah nocturnes it is then. I fear the sunrise. :D #stradaeasel #stradachallenge2024 #oilpainting
