Probably the most fun thing you can do in Splatoon Raiders is to play multiplayer with randoms (keyword "splatoon") and grind through the postgame in a group. It's incredibly hectic and fun, and gets you tons of useful loot.

Cheating in the new DK Bananza Challenge by destroying 60% of the building before "starting" the challenge. Anyway, I wish it could take you directly to where it starts instead of having to search the whole map, besides that they are tougher than I expected.

A new beta has been released, 100.0! This version is an important-looking milestone, but is a pretty standard release reflecting everything we've changed since last February. This release adds BASE, SEED, stamp search, air sim customization, and more. Download and read a longer changelog at tpt.io

Screenshot of the new beta. SEED has been spread onto a SAND base and grown into several large trees. Some of the trees have pink or lime colored leaves. On one end, there is a CLNE cloning some BASE, which sparkles as it descends and eats various elements, similar to ACID.

After seeing everything 13 Sentinels has, every twist and turn, this has easily become one of my Top 10 Games of all time. I don't know exactly where it would place, but it's there. And that's a big deal in itself because it takes a lot for new games to reach that Top 10. You all HAVE to play this.

My sister got me this beautiful Japan-shaped collage of photos from our trip. And it's great .. but I just found out it's so blurry because she printed a 2000 x 1414 .png in a 36" x 24" frame. That's like 55 dpi 😢. Anyway now we have new versions for the whole family in high res coming :)

Being able to see playtimes all the way back to 3ds is super cool. But even Nintendo has bugs with dates sometimes. The date on EVERY Play Activity is early by one day, start / last date is fine. Probably a time zone bug that only affects the Americas.

Playtime for Mario Kart World, showing I first played it on June 5th. In the daily activity log it shows June 4th instead even though the Switch 2 wasn't out yet. This date is wrong.

For anyone who plans to play Luigi's Mansion when it comes to NSO next week, here's a helpful player's guide I wrote on a paper plate 24 years ago. It's better than any Prima guide you'll find.

Luigi's Mansion guide on a paper plate. Features sloppy handwritten notes and scribbled out sections, but covers the locations of all blue ghosts, cheese pieces, and gemstones I knew about, and also lists money values.

Can't wait for the direct tomorrow. We played hundreds of hours of city trial / free run as kids. Based on the youtube metadata leaks, it's looking to be exactly what I wanted. Will also be super cool to listen to some of the soundtrack early.

Added it up and I played over 79 hours of NSO Playtest this time. That's more than I spent at my job! I really was addicted lol. Can't wait to do it all again when it comes out for real. I'm prepared to redo everything. Even if the world resets I won't be sad, everything I did this time was saved.

The Nintendo Switch Online Playtest Program was seriously a once in a lifetime experience. It was a game that you couldn't look up tutorials for, and could barely find anyone talking about it at all on the internet, so almost EVERYTHING was COMPLETELY self contained in the game.

Adjusting timezones has been difficult. Either I'm really tired during the day, or I take a 3 hour nap and then I'm not tired at night. Slowly decreasing my nap size ... but yeah going back 13 hours has definitely been a challenge.

Best picture I can do. Finally knocked Lunar Eclipse off my list of space things to see. Very cool! The lead-up reminded me of the solar eclipse with the moon having a sliver cut into it, until eventually it turned red. Not as red as in BotW, but still very noticeably red.

Bought the FF7 Remake and Intergrade soundtrack. One of the best soundtracks I've listened to in a while. Picked a selection of 3 hours to add to my playlist. Incredible for a game to have so much S-tier music.

Still thinking about FF7 Remake after finishing it this week ... I really want to go right into FF7 Rebirth but I know I don't have the time for that. In the meantime I've been listening to the soundtrack, and it's immediately one of my favorites, not only the remixes but also the brand-new songs.
