That wasn’t skipping the court process - it’s that USCIS has always been biased towards deporting. They scheduled a court date, fucked up the communication, the kid didn’t make it and was assumed not to have a case. That’s how it works today, but more bc court dates change to “tomorrow” w/o notice.

I haven’t heard anyone suggest that military voting by mail should be prevented. They’ll just have them all do it as a group under supervision before they deploy them to polling stations.
