Literacy skills don't apply to just English speakers; it's a cross-spectrum thing. I imagine moderation is even tricky (though machine translation can happen, nuance is always lost if you don't know idioms of the speaker's background).

They got Haitian AI Tiktok videos talking policy (was listening to one on my walk - the voice is so robotic). This is going to be great for misinformation campaigns (I remember reading how this impacted Hispanic communities because of a higher sense of trust in one's native tongues of Spanish).
