those in corporations can already donate money politically, under campaign finance restrictions if they are citizens, so by granting "corporations" the right to donate money without limit we create an absurd situation where the poor and middle classes have restrictions, but the wealthy do not.

With a 2 party system, wouldnt it make tye most sense to have an equal number of Justices? half appointed from each party, with ties meaning that they can't come to a decision and thus the lower court's ruling would stand?

he's dumb, or he just wants this outcome and is putting verbiage behind it that 4 other judges would be able to feign concurrence. In a 2 party system, a Supreme Court that is equal numbers of justices from each party is the only logical structure.

The 2 party system has melted down, and requires structural reform (i.e. constitutional). We must constitutionalize the parties, but can start by thinking about how do do a 2 party system intentionally.
