The buttons actually are the same as the Pokemon card version, just smaller. They are third class levers, and at the end that's in the middle there's a bar that runs horizontally that has aluminum foil on it. There are nails driven through the levers, and when it's clicked it hits the aluminum bar.

funny thing about the stick is that when I made the first one, I was a goldlewis main. It's impossible to do half circles consistently on this thing, so I picked up anji. It's unironically about 60% of the reason why I swapped mains

also work on the card sorter is going, here's the frame and a model i trained to mask out cards so I can identify them

A barebones frame made out of aluminum extrusion with linear rails
