Happy #kidlitartpostcard day! I’m an author/illustrator who loves stories involving offbeat characters, introverts, mice, food (any, but especially larger-than-life), gardens, old people, old objects, and other things that surprise and/or delight!

Hello friends! Happy #kidlitartpostcard day to all who celebrate. My name is Jackie and I’m a children’s author and illustrator seeking representation. I’m interested in creating heartwarming books with timeless stories and nostalgic illustrations!

I get by with a little help from my friends. (Also with: snacks, walking around my neighborhood in the freezing cold, getting into bed early with a book, adding home decor that I’ll never buy to online shopping carts…). How do you get by when life is stressful? #kidlitart

Working on some black & white cuties with water soluble graphite for an upcoming gallery show! This medium is my current favorite obsession. All the fun of painting with none of the stress of selecting colors and setting up a palette. Perfect 🤌 #kidlit #kidlitart

I haven’t had a ton of time to get out the full paint palette lately, so I’ve been doing a lot of quick graphite drawings instead. Here are a few recent faves! What do you do when you’re low on time? #kidlit #kidlitartist
