ive been going the opposite approach and reading about intuitive eating. its a lot more than i can include in one comment, but trust your body and eat when it asks for food. also respect your body and stop when it says its full. practice attuning to those signals more and more.

just spedran hollow knight for a 3rd time! 2:05:13! that would put me at the 1088 spot on the leaderboards lol. my main three walls are watcher knights, the acid skip, and THK himself. if i route to get some extra upgrades WK are easy but that eats time. acid skip is just hard. THK im impatient.

sometimes the world seems so flat. i dont mean in some existential way, i mean like my perspective shifts and it feels like the world isnt quite 3D, more like 2.5D or something, the depth of everything just like flattens out and becomes more shallow for a few moments. i wonder if im okay lmao
