John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 13/07/2026I have no real interest in playing the Black Flag remake at this moment, but it did remind me of someone I wanted to draw. Had a lot of fun colouring this one, hope you enjoy 212427
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 01/07/2026Jade Aldemir from Dying Light. I’m not sure how accurate she looks, but I had fun with the pose 17512
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 15/05/2026Enjoyed making this sketch of Gaige, messy flats and background keep it lively, I feel, tried not to spend too long on it 214723
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 19/04/2026Don’t love the game, but I like the elf from the ESO trailers. I like how it turned out, tried not to over work it. 17711
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 02/04/2026I’ve been playing Hades lately. Pretty fun, I just don’t understand why Meg is wearing pants. 2607146
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 13/03/2026Wanted to try and figure out her back, new hairstyle while I was at it 111836
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 13/02/2026Drew the well dressed gun slinger of @qsy.bsky.social Chandelle I tried to do a weird perspective, not really sure how I feel about the way it turned out, and I always feel like a fraud whenever I try to draw anything with a gun in it, so please forgive me. Had fun though 420225
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 27/01/2026Did another drawing of Kay, featuring ND this time. I feel like the way she’s always using the fake Star Wars swear words comes across more dorky than anything, and I can’t tell if it’s intentional. 026138
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 24/01/2026Kay Vess is pretty cute. I wound up overworking this piece so I went back to this version which I had saved. 021837
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 31/12/2025A collage of everything I drew this year. Pretty decent turn out 15714
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 09/12/2025I think I drew Angel’s implants on the wrong side of her head, but it’s not a deal breaker. I always wondered how they pumped her full of Eridium though 26310
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 14/11/2025A little on-the-hunt relief from the new Predator. Happy with the colours, even if the composition isn’t doing much for me. I need to practice 215425
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 21/10/2025It’s the Wasp. I tried doing a full render, but I hated how it was turning out, so here’s the sketch 126844
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 29/09/2025I played as Cherry my first time through SoR4, so it came as a surprise when the other characters couldn’t sprint. It was pretty jarring 331139
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 29/08/2025I’ve recently reached a thousand followers on here. Thanks! 217538
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 25/08/2025I didn’t have the energy to try and make my usual process work, so I had fun with a very messy painting. I hope you like spying on Callista in her bath 213615
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 29/07/2025The idea for this one came to me while I was working on my last piece, very happy with the result. Didn’t use much reference though, so I think the anatomy suffers a bit, as well as the way it fits into the space. Note for next time. Enjoy! 226353
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 26/07/2025Thought I’d have some fun with their pirate heads from the Captain Scarlett dlc. Not sure if I would have liked it more with their default looks. Enjoy! 519728
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 21/07/2025A warm up of the mysterious @ellixxr.bsky.social Be sure to check out their fantastic art and photography 236158
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 23/06/2025Loving Deathloop lately, Julianna Blake is a very pretty lady, with killer style. 321042
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 22/06/2025This one’s a bit odd for me, but I thought I’d have a crack at adjusting the new Hawkgirl design. It’s already pretty great, though I do like what I managed to do with it in a quick touch up. Let me know what you think 1140
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 15/06/2025For Honor in 2025? I remember playing the closed alpha back in like 2016 and feeling like I had just seen the face of god 121654
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 01/06/2025I don’t really like the original Poison Ivy design all that much, but the version shown in The Batman from 03 is very fine 013216
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 30/05/2025Yet again I’ve redone an old piece, this time focussing on colour mostly, but I had fun doing it. 27610
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 24/05/2025I just kinda guessed what to do for the floral pattern of her robe, but I think it turned out pretty good 325240
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 03/05/2025It’s Moze! A little late for Easter, but still fun 779795
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 29/04/2025Reworked an old Control piece, but got worn out on it, we here’s how far I got. It’s a pretty big difference, but nowhere near finished really. 324553

John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 15/04/2025It’s Tatsumaki! I wanted to try a challenging pose and break away from my usual palette, which tends more orange typically, so this was a refreshing change 128347
John Apple @jackapplesr34.bsky.social · 11/04/2025Redrew/painted over something I made in 2023. This one is much better I think, and I had a lot of fun with it 221024
