Yes and no. To start with: Russia is not under Putin. It is under the System. In the System all actors are replacable, including Putin. That also means: no actor is indispensible. Anyone in the position of power can be replaced by someone new, as long as the System remains intact.

Many Bluesky users, when they disagree with your opinions, choose to block you. Or add you to some kind of “evil list,” as a weird form of revenge. What they don’t seem to realize is that this is trackable. Simply ‘hiding’ a post or ‘ignoring’ an account is far more subtle and discreet.
