I tried 2 AI sites that allow you to try their AI software & since it's the Chinese's year of the Fire Horse I found a couple of AI fire horse images on the internet & turned them into video! - 1st is FireFly AI & the 2nd is Vidu AI. I asked Vidu to change the horse to be blue instead of red! 👍💚👈

Celery is not quite the same, since the leafy vegetables that I'm thinking about literally grow their leaves over & some wrap around the new in coming younger leaves whereas celery grows upwards, outward towards the light & there are very few newer growth that get protected by the older stalks!
