I assure you, this was done with intent and my reese bass sounds like utter dogshit otherwise.
Ableton EQ8 curve showing 7 filters being applied. The EQ curve cannot be seen as most of it is above the 12dB line save for a shelf on the low end at about 50hz and 10dB and a notch that is cutting straight down at 3126Hz, before jumping back out of visual range.

After a lot of trial and error, I've figured out how to make 3rd party Ableton Live Packs that show up in the Packs category, along with custom lessons. The most important part is that you can safely relocate samples without having to find missing media. :D
A list of Ableton Live Packs organized by category. At the bottom reads a "Bruxisma's Custom Live Packs" category along with a single entry reading "AKAI S950 Test Tone Bass"A Live Pack named "AKAI S950 Test Tone Bass" showing several additional entries. This is not a standard live pack, but a third party one that was made by hand.

Every time there's a discord screenshot chain going around it feels like this. Without fail.
@everyoneATTENTION. YOUR TARDLY GRANCHES HAVE BEEN JONDLED BY HONSES AND ARE BEING BRISKIZZLED. THIS IS A LEVEL :rainbow_100: ALARM. DISCORD IS DOING SOMETHING BAD (PROTESTANT) AND THAT IS NOT GOOD (SAMSARAN ESCAPE) AND YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

MAKE SURE TO VISIT https://DAVINKI-CODE.SWARMGUL.DISCORD>APP TO PROTECT YOURSELF IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A HOAX. YOU ARE INCREDIBLY INTELLIGENT AND NOT EASILY FOOLED BECAUSE YOU NEVER BOTHERED TO UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEMS YOU USE.

SINCERELY,

I might start actually releasing my Max for Live VST wrappers soon. Need to setup a ko-fi shop of some kind so people can just have it, and get updates when I release updates, and I don't have to deal with GitHub being a complete shit show for distributing software.

You ever see something so poetic in the wild you just have to take a screenshot and then just move on with your day?
TikTok user “NoFknClue” writes “The average American is charged 32k to ‘give up’ American citizenship, this whole system is corrupted”

TikTok user “NoCostRedneck” replies “they can’t take your money if they don’t know where you are”

NoFknClue responds “if they can manipulate the magnetosphere to create auroras, they can run a trace on a transaction. NO ONE IS UNFINDABLE, and”

The comment is cut short for comedic effect.

I’m afraid the tweet was deleted but through the magic of discord embeds I have a screen shot and actually the post was WAY fucking worse than I remember.
Admin Ronacher posting “I really want to know why this was considered for a keynote to begin with. Clearly there was strong opposition to the topic as a keynote why go ahead with it? I’m afraid this grew out of a desire to have a person of color as a keynote speaker”

btw in case you were wondering how easy it is to get it to work on Windows. I didn't have to install anything. Swift just ships a module to access the Windows SDK :)
Image of 2 lines of code in a text editor. The first line imports the Windows SDK. The second line creates a message box, which is also shown below the code. The message box reads "lol, lmao" for the title. The 'message' in the box reads "sickos dot jaypeg". There are two buttons that say "ok" and "help".

I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of reese bass sound design. Drums taken from a noisia splice pack. Reese is a custom patch I made for the UAD Opal Synthesizer, which I find charming for it's "on sale" price at about 30 dollars. (Trying to stay out of serum to make sure I know the basics)

Wrote my first Max for Live device the other night and then cleaned it up tonight. It's a wrapper device around @unplug.red's Pisstortion unplugin, which is quickly overtaking Magic Carpet as my favorite unplugin. You should go grab these plugins btw at vst.unplug.red 😌

are you truly so afraid of being "left behind" by your witless peers you are willing to claim that the mockery of human suffering is an art form worth engaging in? is this really the stance and point you wish to take? a sale of your own personhood and moral integrity for what?

the right to sit on the fence between camps and say you weren't for or against so that when the dust settles you can hop down and tend to the wounded like a technomantic mother teresa?

It's hard to keep track of who I've subjected these images to
Picture of a "gaming" setup. There are 8 ipads being used as monitors for separate EVE Online instances. The desk is a basic IKEA table. There is a single keyboard and mouse. The chair is a basic plastic thing you'd see in a high school, probably.

This image gives off an odious and ominous emotion.A side shot of the previous image, showing that each ipad is actually on a gooseneck stand that is fully lengthened out, each stand is screwed to a board of plywood, which is itself attached to more plywood, which is itself attached to the wall.

This image is also odious and ominous in nature.

That said, I'm stoked that I've got admonitions/alerts working with code samples so I can do stuff like this. Makes it SO much easier.
Screenshot of CMake documentation that reads:

TIP

Historically, CMake has required that setting local and parent variables is a 2-step set() process for each variable. However, the return() command recently received a PROPAGATE method, permitting users to set variables locally and then set them in the parent scope in one single command. With the example from above, and a slight tweak, we can see this in action:

function(command)
  set(ARG_TEST YES)
  if (ARG_TEST)
    message(STATUS "This will always execute")
  endif()
  return(PROPAGATE ARG_TEST)
endfunction()
set(ARG_TEST NO)
command()
if (ARG_TEST)
  message(STATUS "This will always execute as well")
endif()

Managed to get the final bit of syntax highlighting working before I'm comfortable opening the repository up (I need to finish up some docs + bugs first though 😅). Nested generator expressions, and I have to toot my own horn here: I think this looks *great*.
The following CMake code, but syntax highlighted:

target_compile_options(Santizer::Address
  INTERFACE
    $<$<AND:${clang+languages},$<NOT:${stack}>>:-mllvm$<SEMICOLON>-asan-stack=0>

    $<$<AND:${gnu+languages},$<NOT:${stack}>>:--param$<SEMICOLON>asan-stack=0>)
