Out of curiosity, what would you have had him as?

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 12h

I'm going to be soooo broke lol At the very least, got a friend who's getting some stuff, and we're splitting the shipping cost. Great opportunity to finish up my christmas shopping!! Btw, I'll be listing some manga soon in case anyone knows anyone who might want some. Ubel Blatt and Kamisama Kiss

Really wanted to share some of the AMAZING artwork from the Hella-Collab Halloween drop. Cherri, Pentious, and Niffty have already been shared. There's also Charlie and Vaggi's, which are gorgeous. But Baxter, Clara, and Odette's haven't been shared on Bsky, and GOD, just... just look at them!! 😍

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 12h

Oof, so update. I put a trace on my package. It's within the insurance amount, just in case. All good. But I thought that maybe the other package that got misdelievered might've been where mine had gone. But this person's package was apparently delivered the day before 😭 Either way, pickup scheduled

But ugh, really? Couldn't be as simple as a package swap. Oh well. Already spoke to the plushie maker and was told I could order a custom to replicate the Baxter plush if they can't find it. But man, I hope they find the original. Baxter's probably cold and needs his spot in the stomach of my crab bag

My very first story was a rip-off of Digimon called "Moonmon", where everyone went to the moon and found moon creatures. Well, I eventually wrote a crossover fanfic with InuYasha and my self-insert because I was like 10 or 11 and of course I did. Sesshomaru went to the moon. He was not in-character

Valid. I'm practically glued to my phone, but not for checking messages. Even that, I'm trying to wean myself off of. My phone needed to be brought to the shop recently, and the amount of anxiety I felt a full day without my phone was concerning. I'm trying to slowly implement time limits after that

Another one of my favorites 😍 Super pretty, but the colors, I have to say, are so on point. I don't know what else to say. I just love everything from the expressions, poses, just aaah!! Super cool

Don't look at the date 😬 Okay yeah I'm late again, I was supposed to finish this yesterday orz My take on the prompt "S is for Snake", courtesy of @hellaverse-az.bsky.social #hazbinhotel #sirPentious #art #HellaAZsidequest

A digital illustration of Sir Pentious as a Sinner bonding with Lucifer's snake. The snake is wrapped around Sir Pentious's right arm, and they're looking happy and saying "fren!" Both Sir Pentious and his hat are blushing in adoration at the snake.
The illustration is signed fineterra.

-sigh- So usps once again misdelievered a package, after years of pretty much no issues. I don't know why this happened twice within weeks apart. First, a card that, thankfully, a neighbor found with another neighbor. Now a plushie, and meanwhile, I have someone's Amazon package >_< Wtf, like why

010

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Meanwhile, I'm on cloud 9 because we got confirmation that sinners not being killed unless by angelic weapons was confirmed as not a scrapped concept. I mean, it's something I was starting to lose hope on. I just hope they find a way to make that clear in the show soon

This version of Venom was such a love letter to the goofier version of the symbiote we rarely get to see anymore (unless recent runs played with that again). The "coming out scene", also the pet chicken... ugh, sorry I'm nerding out. This looks so good and got me feeling nostalgic

God I love their dynamic so much. Got me into the comics for awhile before I kinda fell off with Marvel. The movie was definitely imperfect, but this version of them had so much fun chemistry. Then Let There Be Carnage came out, which say what you will about Cletus, they did so much better there

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Those are ones I'm surprised I never got into when I was younger considering they're definitely my vibe. But I had no idea there were the occasional mad scientist!! Definitely pushes them up my list to check out. Perfect time of year, too

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

I've been curious about that series and only watched a few clips. Do they showcase the entire movies for those? Because I think I remember an old friend/partner talk about it like they showed the whole movie, and it was like a watch party. It sounds fun either way, and I'll check it out

000

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

I've actually watched Dr. Horrible!! Aaah omg. And thank you for giving me an actor name to search. Y'see, I'm terrible when it comes to remembering directors, but I'm making a note of his name so I can look up any mad scientist movies by him

000

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Omg YES to the black and white movies. Also, I just recently read the original short story for The Fly and LOVED it!! I should watch the movie as well. I have vague memories of having watched The Fly as a kid, but I don't really remember. But I'd definitely love whatever movies you could suggest!

IzzyMarrie (📚 48/54) @izzymarrie.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

I'm thinking about Baxter again. Help. I wonder if that's why I've been on a mad scientist bent lol Sidenote, but anyone have recommendations for mad scientist movies? (All the fun ones, serious or schlocky). I know of a few older movies, but please please, help me find my next watch!!

I never forgot him, but I don't think of him often, and when I do, it doesn't hurt. I just feel a bit numb to it and really annoyed and a bit pissed. Hopefully, you'll get to the point where he's just a stain on your memory that you acknowledge is there but you just flip off then ignore after awhile
