Coworker asked if it was safe to have salad. I told her since the donation to 47 came just before the FDA cleared Taylor Farms of spreading parasites, and there was no reason to believe this administration had found the source , and all food seems under recall, perhaps salad wasn't yet safe.

Amazon now has Alexa AI assistant pop up on every single page as you try to buy something (don't @ me, some products are hard to find, even through the manufacturer, for those of us with severe multiple allergies). I've yet to find a way to turn it off.

I hated and resented every classic I was forced to read in HS English. Boring, dry, completely unrelatable. The 2 I actually remember were Bleak House and Moby Dick. OTOH, I loved The Aeniad from HS Latin and still have my copy. It was also when I read all the Andre Norton I could find.

I had this same thought for a while. My cat didn't eat for a couple of days. I thought she was sick and went to the vet. Vet told me that a cat will starve itself to death rather than eat what they dislike. So yeah, back to the store for different food...

I know this isn't aimed at me, but I'll tell you watch shows more than I read. I've been watching bad disaster movies on Tubi as background noise. I started on the 2nd book of James S A Corey's "The Captives War" and am sad the whole series isn't out to read non-stop.

Everything about these two remind me of my Jambo and Rikki. Hazel and Jambo must be family. I do like how Hazel's PR firm has her in front of a such a cute audience of supporters. But I also believe that Mabel was just minding her business when Hazel took exception.

Definitely take off the next day. You'll nap throughout the day. If you have the liquid, use a straw. To avoid dehydration, drink (other than meds) frequently. Drink more than you normally do. Go eat immediately after. Have a small bland meal, sleep, eat all the food.
