@minakimes.bsky.social It's been several days, and I still can't parse why ESPN let go of a lot of good folks to pay a punter $60 mil. Are they keeping a spot for Harrison Bucker next?

When do we get an adaptation of Madeline Miller's Circe? That's the story I want to see on screen, not another variation of the exact same story from the exact same perspective we've seen a million times.

I enjoyed last year's Kendrick Lamar show. I enjoyed Bad Bunny this year, even though I'm not black or Latino. If you only enjoy things from the group you belong, you're missing out. And probably eat bland food.

Someone better do a welfare check on Kevin Wildes

000

Rod Waibel @izegrimcreations.bsky.social · 19/01/2026

This means that all of next year, no matter how many games the Texans win, all the sports pundits will talk about how you can't trust Stroud to win a big game and will choke, right? Right? Or is that only for Sam Darnold?

Rod Waibel @izegrimcreations.bsky.social · 12/01/2026

Why does it keep getting ignored that ICE doesn't even have this authority? They aren't police. They have to have "reasonable suspicion" to even talk to anyone, and cannot detain Americans at all. End stop.

Charlie Kirk did the same thing

Nah. They are the same paint job that every auto company did in the 90s during that "two tone paint" fad. Should have stayed in the 90s.

Not you Mina, others like the folks on Get Up.

Rod Waibel @izegrimcreations.bsky.social · 19/12/2025

Pundits:"It's a fluke, if it weren't for a fluke punt return, or a fluke 2pt conversion, they lose that game." If it weren't for a fluke fumble by Kupp or missed INT, the Hawks would have won much sooner. Flukes went both ways. Stop acting like everything went Seattle's way.

100

Rod Waibel @izegrimcreations.bsky.social · 19/12/2025

Can you check your other pundits? Saying "Darnold sucks so Seattle can't win in the playoffs." while with another team in the same situation says "Despite challenges, they find ways to win, so watch out for them in the PO!"

They say life is about timing. I just pulled out of the parking lot of my neighborhood Safeway and a minute later a fatal shooting happened in the parking lot.

It's not a final image. I just grabbed it from an image search to illustrate the general aesthetic and make this post be noticeable.

Poll time! For a game like a basic 5e, do you prefer ability scores and their modifiers like what's in the game, or do you prefer just to have modifiers and no actual scores? #ttrpg #5e #dungeonsanddragons

Rod Waibel @izegrimcreations.bsky.social · 11/06/2025

Poll time. Option 1: gain a flat bonus to HP (+1 or +2) when you level up Option 2: roll new HP with advantage #ttrpg #5e #dnd

Oh, I get it. I've never watched the entire series either. But the completionist in me went back and watched that episode because it takes place right after Mon's escape and expands on it more than Andor did.
