But it's pretty basic when you run social media bots, you run them from domestic IPs, not from hosting providers' IPs. And especially not from an AS that would identify your origin country. I'm sure they are sloppy but running them from Yandex AS would be laughable.

Well, you're making the assumption that there is a significant percentage of propaganda bots amongst these, with nothing to back it up.
