3) My mom struggled with doctors dismissing her. I imagine having access to that would've helped her not progress in her cancer unnecessarily for nearly a year until she found the right person to hear her and got her into MRI. DM me if you're building in this space - happy to share notes.

2) Sending the transcript & AI summary back helps provide patients proof they've been truly heard or not due to testimonial injustice. In grad school, I had worked on a concept to improve the quality of that 15-20 minute window someone has with their doctor.

1) Just inaccuracies in attributions of concepts to whatever we're talking about. They've been helpful in startups where I've used Notion & Gemini scribes. They capture a bunch and you can pull it together if you have the memory in mind. But for a PCP seeing multiple patients a day that stacks up.

I think sending a transcript and summary back to the patient via email/printout should be the default. As a daily user of these scribes on my own startup, I run into the limitations and inconsistencies often. While I see value of these in this context, I remain concerned on the sustained performance

Bought this book and read through it after seeing the post. Fascinating read that totally addresses a lot of the concerns I’ve held with traditional finance education and the assumptions those models held. The real world is messy and the frameworks described help unpack a lot of what we see today :)

Yeah, this city has a real density of the worst drivers I’ve ever experienced after living around the country. Suppose this could be a real level up moment for their technology. Although, I am concerned for the gig workers who will lose income over this in a rough job market.

100% agree - I tried doing a project last year leaning on AI deep research to get up to speed on a new area and immediately noted how squishy my understanding felt. Doing the hard work in reading is so important in building that depth of knowledge.
