Thank you so much! Woke up from a small nap and saw the email and it still feels like I'm dreaming!

Still in shock and still processing but "Never Going H.O.M.E." is a Top 10 finalist in the #EmergingScreenwriters Sci/Fantasy Comp 🤯. 1st time ever making it to the finals of a competition & it feels extremely amazing to be seen. Just a writer w/ a dream...so thank you. #screenwriting

Coverfly was the first script service that made me feel noticed. A writer with no schooling behind me, no rep, no credits to my name but these placements in these contests gave me the push to keep getting on the keyboard because it felt like somebody believed in me. Sad times but revel in the joy.

People have lots of negative things to say about writing contests. Some are scams, sure. Some lead nowhere. But every placement is a piece of hope. A sign that we're doing the right thing. That our words RESONATE. Never let anyone discourage you from entering bcuz a win is a win. #scriptsky

Truly cannot believe "Never Going H.O.M.E" made it into the QF for the #EmergingScreenwriters Sci-Fi/Fantasy Competition 🥹! 1st time my harbingers have ever made it into a contest! Thanks for liking this lil contained psych thriller! #scriptsky #ISA #screenwriting

I literally watched Kristina be born & almost die & I never thought I would wish that Sam told Alexis that if she wanted stem cells to save her daughter's life she could cut them off a bouquet of roses...but here we are thanks to the lovely writers & Franklin. #GH

When SuperHair was "broke", she got gifted a diner...but they've had thee Ava Jerome who's NEVER been broke a day in her life begging for debloons literally ALL week...y'all gotta make it make sense to me. #GH

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 25/03/2025

So lemme just wrap my head round this. They built Cyrus up as the next Big Bad, gave him a whole holy redemption arc, made him a serial killer, set up a murder mystery, & then killed him off just to give Minihair even more story, which is totally unbelievable? Somebody gotta explain this to me. #GH

0102

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 25/03/2025

So since Minihair doesn't blame Sonny but "the person who placed the bomb" for Michael's burns, that surely means she no longer blames Ava for Morgan's death and blames Olivia Jerome, right? Since she's the person who placed the bomb in Julian's car. #GH

First day back to work & I am still on a high from my 1st time Florida vacay. Went with my bestie to see our other bestie who moved there last year, my buddy I met on a cruise TWO yrs ago drove up from Tampa (3hrs) to see me, did my 1st male strip club, saw South Beach. This was the perfect reset.

I've been catching up on #GH and truly haven't realized how many eps I'm behind 🥴. Between that, #BeyondTheGates, #DexterNewBlood, & wanting to start Paradise, I have no idea how I even had time to make this tonight. But I did. Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Creamy Wild Mushroom & Asparagus Linguini

The past couple of weeks have been very emotionally and mentally hard. I've been struggling. But recently, I've found a path to peace which has been extremely settling. Went out alone on a whim & had a pretty unforgettable night. Dancing will always make the problems in my world fall away.

The ONLY thing I wish they would've done is black out the venue when Cynthia sang the "bring me down" part of Defying Gravity just like Elphaba blacked out Emerald City in the movie...but then again I think I would've flatlined. #Oscars

Ari & Cynthia's #Oscars opening has me in all my emotions. Ari singing Judy's "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", Cyn doing Diana's "Home", then their Defying Gravity" duet & Cyn's ending 🥹...literally have had tears coming down my face for the past 10 mins. One of the best openings ever.

Sooooo Martin did something terrible that he can't remember which is causing nightmares that has Smitty worried & Bill knows and is blackmailing Ma & Pa Dupree to make Dani & the family come to his wedding with his mistress who was his daughter's bestie...oh YESSSSSSSSS! #beyondthegates

I'm sorry cause I've given it time but new Brennan gives sitcom dad, not international duplication super spy. And I don't even care for SuperHair pairings too much but just put her back with Sonny. #GH

Drew telling Nina that "Willow is gonna do what makes her happy & that means marrying me and making a family together" is not a flex. Idk what inspo they're getting for this but it's giving disgusting, it's giving scary, it's giving cringe, it's giving vomit, it's giving a lot. None of it good. #GH

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 25/02/2025

I had to think about the "why" of this 🤔. And what it boils down to is that ppl get bored and they need "variety". But my imagination is too active for boredom. EYE will give you more characters than the Barnum & Bailey Circus and more shows than Grey's Anatomy. Please do not play in my face, sir 💅.

010

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 25/02/2025

Oooooo...maybe I should do that...but I'd have to do it in the bad place since we haven't gotten a video update here 🥴

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 25/02/2025

Nahhhhhhhhhh why did the Duprees/Hamiltons do a soul train line with the "welp! Shoulda closed ya legs to married men" look to Hayley after Dani punched her 🤣🤣🤣🤣 #BeyondTheGates

26812

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 25/02/2025

So #BeyondTheGates ... Dani Dupree is definitely the soapiest character. All the people are beautiful, the sets are gorgeous, and the Dupree family oozes that natural feel of a tight African American family. But this is how I feel the non-blk characters feel cause they seem so outta place 🤣

A guy posted about how he watched his husband die in front of him in a motorcycle accident and this is what one of his "friends" posted. Why are so many gay men bxtches even when they're trying to console someone?

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 24/02/2025

They're giving the #Sprina fall to Kai/Trina. You're not gonna be able to recreate that magic just because of the height difference and trying to give them the same beats. Please stop tryna make fetch happen. #GH

Seeing #TheMonkey and they just showed a preview for The Amateur...it's giving American Assassin meets Law Abiding Citizen 🥰...never would've thought to put those two together...and I also just realized I have never written an action movie 🤔.

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 20/02/2025

Sooooooo they had all of this build up of suspects for a perfectly good murder mystery, something pretty much every viewer was asking for and looking toward, andddd MiniHair is the one to kill Cyrus 😒? I can't and I won't. #GH

1221

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 20/02/2025

You never downgrade. Trina's next love interest after Spencer needed to be equal or above. And I like the Kai actor but him and the Quinn actor needed to trade places, Trina had more chem with Quinn & this football story might have been a lil more endearing if he was playing Kai.

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 20/02/2025

Yup! We went thru all those months for Sonny to just come to the conclusion that their fighting is affecting Avery and he agreed to Ava's 50/50 suggestion 🤦🏽

Xavion Writes Stuff @itsxavion.bsky.social · 19/02/2025

So I finally caught up on 4 days of #GH anddddd...yeah. glad the custody battle is over hopefully we never see that again. Glad we got to see Tobias finally. But this digits and atlas situation BETTER lead to a whodunnit about Cyrus's murder cuz the show is in dire need of something like that.

For some reason, I was thinking about my wedding and came up with a gr8 theme. One of the greatest love stories ever told...Gambit & Rogue. Even though they could never touch, somehow they still fell in love and would go to the ends of the Earth for each other.
