My daughter's kitten Enzo on his gotcha day last spring

A small all black kitten in A cardboard box. He looks a little scared.

Oh - I need to go look to see if my ballot arrived!

Yeah I read the wiki on this and not only does it sound awful but the photos have put me off my lunch.

This is an Oregon uniform I don't think I've seen before and yowza that green is bright. My TV is 30 years old so I can only imagine what it's like on a new TV.

I wouldn't be able to finish it. When I read novels I'm reading for fun/relaxation. Something like that is too much like the reading I did for work. It's probably better than reading reams of the code of federal regulations but still.

Dang, a few minutes to puck drop and the power just went out in a spectacular explosion on top of the light pole outside my living room window.

That sounds delicious. I have company coming to stay the weekend from Spokane for the Seahawks game & I just might have to make some of these for an easy snack. Do you put garlic butter on top before you bake? I've never tried that but my friend Melanie does that.

Alibi room like where they make pizza? It's peaceful music, pretty zen. Probably good for kneading dough. Might be better at ~70dB tho.

Well I should add he definitely bonked his head, but not sure which part hurt more. He'll be ok I think.

He went hard into the wall. Went down, was seen to by the trainer, stayed in the game. Unsure if bonked his head or hurt his jaw.

Yeah looked like his bell got rung pretty good.

I switched over to baseball in the middle of the 2nd period & am very glad I did because this has been some great October baseball.

LOL I got a bottle on my last Costco run for you know...when it happens. But you're onto something there, I should probably pop that bad boy & just go get another. I think the Kirkland Prosecco is only 10 bucks.

Really liked the post game show discussion on team chemistry - what that looks like & what it means. Good stuff from all you guys.

I did see the booing on a post here. It was very robust. 😆

I haven't seen Detroit play yet but Calgary just looks so lost.

It's been a very fun game, some great defense and some weird plays by both teams.

Look at this beautiful painting of a terrible mango. My disappointment would be off the charts if I cut into this giant pit ringed by a quarter inch of mango.

I sent this to my kid this morning & she just texted back "I'm absolutely certain this is me in my previous life." 😆

My kid stole mine. She's 33 now but has loved maps since she was about 5. I really thought she would grow up to be a cartographer. We had maps and globes everywhere. Probably just as well she didn't, not a lot of call for that these days.

I think there have been more shots on goal each period than there were in entire games last season.

I got my COVID & Flu vaxes 3 days ago & today my arm finally stopped itching. Hardly any soreness but it's been really itchy. Don't recall that happening before. I was wondering if it was the bandaid glue or maybe it's the flu shot, they gave me the superpowered one formulated for old farts. 😆
